Return policy

There are no refunds on items bought, that have been seen by the buyer and picked up from the Rhubarb & Blue premises.

Bespoke commission orders are non-refundable.

If you’ve bought the furniture online and haven’t seen the item in person before buying, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the item to contact me for a refund and 14 days from receiving the item to return it to me in the same condition that it left my premises. If the item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours.

The buyer is responsible for all return courier charges. It must be wrapped and protected to the same standard as it was shipped to you to prevent damage in transit. It needs to be returned using a specialist furniture courier company and I am very happy to recommend a number of them to you.
